Premium Hog Roast
As above, served with cold sliced locally produced roast beef, our own, and locally produced chutneys and pickles and a selection of locally produced bread with real butter not vegetable oil based spread!
Nothing is set in stone though so if you want hot buttery new potatoes and brocolli and stilton tarts to keep the vegetarian contingent happy then just ask, tell us what you want and we'll see what we can do to make it happen.
We also cook Lamb and Venison on the spit so take your pick!
